Kettlewell; his daughter-in-law Agnieszka Kettlewell (Koziolek); his grandchildren, Madeline Adrianna Kettlewell and Luke Anthony Kettlewell; his sister Penelope "Penny" Kettlewell; and his siblings-in-law, SueAnn DeVol, Gary Laird (Caroline) and Martin Laird (Kathy).
