He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Sletten (Nesseth); his wife Kathy; his children, Matthew Sletten (Alice McBride) and Elizabeth Skogland (Michael); his siblings, Linda Johnson (Dean) and Michael Sletten; his parents-in-law, Victor and Barbara Kampa (Hatlestad); and his siblings-in-law, Lori Williams (Randy) and Mark Kampa (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
