He is survived by: his wife Doris Kusilek; his children, Michael Trebus (Pyongson), Steven Trebus (Mary), Rochelle Trebus, Tami Stute, Brian Trebus and Cheryl Schwantz (Jason); his grandchildren, James Trebus (Stephanie), Sean Trebus, Natasha Herum (Marty), McKenzie Stute, Jaden, Jaren, Jordan and Jasmin Schwantz; and his siblings, Beverly Moreland (Mike) and Joanne Trebus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
