She was predeceased by: her parents, Eileen Larson and James Randall; her sisters, Kathy Volz and Maggie Lopez; her parents-in-law, Edwin and Loretta Kusilek; and her brother-in-law Gerald Kusilek (Bonnie).
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Kusilek; her children, Craig Kusilek (Ellen), Amy Cowles (Mike), Tom Kusilek (Kim) and Jon Kusilek; her daughter-in-law Angela Kusilek; her grandchildren, Carter, Payten Kusilek, Cooper, Etta, Sullivan Cowles, Daniell, Ryan Kusilek (Mackenzie Vaclav), Miranda Green (Nate) and Casey Kusilek (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Nolan and Milo Green; her sisters, Judi Cina (Stan) and Pat DeSmith (Rex); and her siblings-in-law, Norman Kusilek (Natalie), Doris Trebus (Dave), Diane Johnson (Junior) and Marilyn Maier (Jerome).
