He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Wold and Nora Wold (Bjugstad); his wife Jeanne Jacobson of Dallas, WI; his daughter Kira Vikki Wold; and his siblings, Edna Ellison, Lois Voelker and Ron Wold.

He is survived by : his son Dag Wold; and his sister Gloria Kurschner. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
