Frank Gilbert Holter Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Gilbert Holter Jr. of River Falls, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Holter and Hattie Holter (Pierson); his parents-in-law, Emil and Margaret Langer; his brother Larry; and his granddaughter Hannah Ducklow.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Langer; his children, Dann Holter (Sally), Mike Holter (Gina), Michelle Ducklow (Brent), Cheryl Dintemann (Dave), Sandi Zimbric (Matt) and Stephanie Holter-L'Allier (Andrew); his grandchildren, Eric, Nicholas, Jennifer, Lucas, Natalie, Katheryn, Frank, Emma, Noah, Hattie, Nina, Edgar, George, Charlie, Louis, Arlo, Aesa, Tirfe, Olive and Luna; his great grandchildren, Milliana and Vida; and his brothers, Bob (Odette) and Steve (Bonnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (211 E Division St, River Falls, WI 54022).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Frank's memory to a charity of your choice.
