It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Praschak of River Falls, Wisconsin, born in New Richmond, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Wesley Matthys. She is survived by: her husband Steve Praschak; her sons, Aaron Praschak (Alyssa) and Alex Praschak (Kelly); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Praschak (Ella), Kelton Praschak and Jamie Praschak; her brothers, Mark Matthys (Linda) and Shawn Matthys; and her mother Marilyn Matthys.
