He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Chantel Mitchell (Ron), Zachary Solum (Katelyn) and Stephanie Seefeldt (Scott); his siblings, John Solum, Georgianne Aldous (Cleve), Sally Thoen (Kevin), Peter Solum (Becky), David Solum (Merida) and Philip Solum (Cora); his siblings-in-law, Linda Solum and Larry Bakke; and his friend Jerry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
