With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joelene Baker of River Falls, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Ehrenfried Baker and Arlene Baker; and her brother David Baker. She is survived by: her sister Joy Griffin; her children, Kari Jo Fore (John Noye) and Kirk Puotinen; her grandchildren, Jamie Noye, Kate Noye (Braden Taubenheim), Emily Stedillie-Noye (Adynn Stedillie-Noye), Max Fore, Mattias Fore, Aiden Puotinen and Paige Puotinen; and her cousins, Joan and Mark (Pat). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (218 County Road K, New Richmond, WI 54017). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
