He is survived by : his uncle John Cudd, Jr.; his wife Diane Johnson (Kusilek); his children, Joanne Heebink (Loren), Linda Pechacek (Brian), Boyd Johnson (Paula) and Brenda Simone; his grandchildren, Charles Larson (Nichole), Nathan Larson, Colin Pechacek, Mari Koecher (Dan), Megan Pechacek, Taylor Johnson (Hannah), Peyton Johnson, Kacey Simone and Vinnie Simone; his stepgrandchildren, Koehl Heebink (Lily) and Mckel Heebink; and his sister Cynthia Moosbrugger (Al). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
