She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Benjamin Kusilek and Anna Kusilek (Mareks); her husband James E. Kubiak; her children, James Kubiak Jr. (Sheila), Anna Kohn and Kim Olson (Layne); her grandchildren, Sawyer Olson and Sierra Olson; her siblings, Melvin Kusilek (Jan), Lavern Kusilek (Delores), David Kusilek (Nikki), Mary Kohn, Dennis Kusilek and Jack Kusilek; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Kusilek, Ernie and Bernice Kubiak.
