She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Irving Pechmann and Lillian Pechmann; her husband Richard Gorton; her children, Valerie Gorton of New Richmond, Wendy Carrick of River Falls, Richard Gorton, Jr. of River Falls, Naomi Flak (Stan) of Hudson, Peter Gorton (Shashona) of River Falls and Paul Gorton (Trisha) of River Falls; her grandchildren, Malachi, Lyle, Daniel (Samantha), Anastasia, James, Shelby, Jonathan, Peter and Taya; her great grandchildren, Freddie, Serafina and Freya; her siblings, Charles Pechmann (Anne) and Judy Eldredge (Pete); and her nieces, Tina and Lisa.
