He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Deal and Phila Deal (Richards); his wife Elaine; and his in-laws, Orville and Edith Struemke.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Deal (Robyn), Shad Deal Sr. (Nicole Berning) and Blake Deal (Abby Deal); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Rheanna, Thomas, Alyssa, Felix, Shad Jr., Ava, Logan and Levi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
