He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wittstock and Mildred Wittstock; his wife Cherie Lee Wittstock (O'Donnell); his siblings, Brenda Wittstock, Ronald Wittstock and Edward Wittstock; and his grandson Jon Moe.

He is survived by: his children, Melissa (James), Christoper (Sue) and Monica (Steven); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Gina, Jenny, Jason, Mike, Nick, Morgan and Corbin. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
