He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Vanessa Rupert (Chris) of Savage, MN, Jason Stanek of Minneapolis, MN and Jude Orion Stanek of Minneapolis, MN; his stepchildren, Sandy Bell (Tim) of St. Paul, MN and Tanja Reding (Shawn) of Red Wing, MN; and his brothers, Bill Stanek (Carolyn) of Big Rapids, Jim Stanek (Marlane) of Dowagiac and Tom Stanek (Patti Wenger) of Decatur, Michigan.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
