He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelley and Margaret Louise Kelley (Fuller); and his siblings, Charles Aaron Kelley and Patricia Dianne Boyd (Kelley). He is survived by: his children, Cassondra (Kelley), Carow (Nick), Victoria Kelley (Torie), Sheila Kelley of Waxahachie, TX, Jennifer Antennucci (John) of Kimberling City, MO and Stephen Kelley (Dana) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Tidwell, William, David Banks, Ricky Driver, Ryan Joseph and Christi Joseph; and his aunt Dorothy Lowrey of Waxahachie, TX.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
