He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ebbesen and Liz Ebbesen (Snowaert); his parents-in-law, Clayton and Lucy Jordan; and his sister-in-law Mary Kay Jordan.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Joy Hearden (Tim) and Mark Ebbesen (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lucy (Bobby), Molly (Owen), Brady Hearden, Landon Ebbesen and Rylyn Ebbesen; his siblings, Jerry Ebbesen (Carol) and Rick Ebbesen (Judy); and his sister-in-law Barb Reynolds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
