He was predeceased by: his father William Hooker; and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his mother Daunnene E. Hooker (Ramsey) of Rock Springs; his sister-in-law Karen Hooker of Loganville; his sibling's children, Kandie Pagel (John) of North Freedom, Jason Hooker of Reedsburg, Jamie Hooker (Victoria 'Tori') of Loganville and Vicki Hooker (Jake) of Reedsburg; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah, Kristine, Travis, Jay, Breanna, Timmy, Braxton, Maddie, Sophia and Xavier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
