We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2025, at the age of 64, Jerry A. Hooker of Rock Springs, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Hooker; and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his mother Daunnene E. Hooker (Ramsey) of Rock Springs; his sister-in-law Karen Hooker of Loganville; his nieces and nephews, Kandie Pagel (John) of North Freedom, Jason Hooker of Reedsburg, Jamie Hooker (Victoria "Tori") and Vicki Hooker (Jake) of Reedsburg; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah, Kristine, Travis, Jay, Breanna, Timmy, Braxton, Maddie, Sophia and Xavier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farber Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
