He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kimpton and Sarah Kimpton (Williams); his wife Barbara Jean Maser; his brothers, Dale and Lloyd Kimpton; and his brother-in-law Jim Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Campbell (Baron) of Neshkoro, Terry Kimpton (Paula) of Fond du Lac, Michelle "Shelly" Henricks of Lake City, FL and Sara Brace (Mike) of Ripon; and his sisters, Sandra Delzer (Gary) of Fond du, Marcia Hanson (Richard) of Tracy, CA, Sharon Wells of Kyle, TX, Karen Bublitz (Wesley) of Melbourne, FL and Linda Hill of Merino, CO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren, special friends, the Fairbank family; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rosendale United Church of Christ (204 W Division St, Rosendale, WI 54974). A burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Zoar Cemetery.
