She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Palbrach and Anna Palbrach (Hintz); her husband Richard Lepak (Dick); her son Johnny; her siblings, Grace Domaszek (Chester) and Jim Palbrach; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Omitt, Christine Palbrach and Liz Palbrach.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Retzki (Stephen), Christine Adamski (Brian), Linda Stroik (Robert) and Cindy Kropidlowski (Wayne); her grandchildren, Kyle Retzki (Amanda), Calvin Retzki (Lindsey), Brenna Tunnicliff (Hunter), Bryce Adamski (Melissa), Megan Dodson, Brad Stroik (Echko), Tony and Nathan Kropidlowski; her siblings, Mattie Omitt, Nancy Frazier (Bill), Gary Palbrach (Karen) and Danny Palbrach (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Palbrach. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
