He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Check and Loretta Check (Gierszerski). He is survived by: his wife Christine Check (Kuklinski) of Rosholt; his children, Matthew Check, Benjamin Check (Sally), Kimberly Check, Elizabeth Weber (James), Mary Cusack (Timothy) and Margaret Check; and his grandchildren, Alaina Check, Ellie, Grant, Avery Weber and Leopold Cusack. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home (262 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
