Marion E. Stefl Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Marion E. Stefl of Rothschild, Wisconsin. Marion, born on June 28, 1942, passed away on September 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kuehn and Molly Kuehn (Berger); her husband Neil Stefl; and her granddaughter Lilly. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Hlava (Mark) of Rothschild, Mary Burke (Rory) of Seymour, Thomas Stefl (Amy) of Shawano, Frank Stefl (Linda) of Wausau and Robert Stefl (Lisa) of Madison; her grandchildren, Katie, Tristin, Alyssa, Holly, Emily, Ryder, Logan, Carly and Frankie Ann; her great grandchildren, Johanna, Thea, Ellis, Cal and Henry; and her sisters, Gertrude Zander of Shawano, Jane Marten of Mattoon and Patsy Schmidt of Gillett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Swedberg Funeral Home-Shawano (518 W 5th St, Shawano, WI 54166). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Aspirus Hospice House of Wausau, or the Parkinson's Foundation in Marion's name.
