She is survived by: her former husband Allen Kay (Judy); her children, Kim Hackbarth (Daniel) and Jason Kay (Sara); her grandchildren, Jessica Rindo (Tyler), Dylan Hackbarth, Zachary Hackbarth, Tyler Hogan and Emma Kay; her sisters, Patti Ruch, Janet Hulbert (Carl) and Helen Donahue; her sister-in-law Alice Donahue; and her friends, Debbie Donahue, Kim Hoffman, Helen Jungwirth, Laura Boyles, Cindy Czappa and Barb Zimmerman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
