She is survived by: her husband Thomas Horn; her sons, Zachary (Paige), Daniel (Brooke) and Noah (Erin); and her siblings, Lyndon Johnson (Linda), Lyle Johnson (Lori) and Aletha Flickinger. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nieces, nephews.
