He was predeceased by: his mother Roxanne Jacob (Murrell); his grandparents, Clarice, George Froehlich, Simon and Gladys Jacob; and his uncles, Wesley Murrell and Robert Jacob (Bob).
He is survived by: his father Gary Jacob; his sister Ginger Wassman (Jacob); his brother-in-law Matt Wassman; his nieces, Madelyn Wassman (Sparstad) and Shay Wassman; his great-nephew Emmitt Sparstad; Matthew Sparstad. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
