He was predeceased by: his father John Dennis Allen. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jean Story of Ashtabula; and his sisters, Michelle Edwards (Darryl) of Houston, TX and Kimberly Smith (Virgil) of Erie, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
