She is survived by: her fiancé Scott Sorenson of Salem, WI; her son Jason Zupansic (Jill) of Johnsburg, IL; her fiancé's son Jeremy Sorenson of Toledo, OH; her grandchildren, Riley, Logan, Taitum, Shaylin and Chyler; her great grandchild Octavia; her father John Hayes of Silver Lake, WI; and her sisters, Jakee Moniz of California and Jennifer Bailey of California. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
