She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth. She is survived by: her fiancé Scott Sorenson of Salem, WI; her son Jason Zupansic (Jill) of Johnsburg, IL; her fiancé's son Jeremy Sorenson of Toledo, OH; her grandchildren, Riley, Logan, Taitum, Shaylin and Chyler; her great grandchild Octavia; her father John Hayes of Silver Lake, WI; and her sisters, Jakee Moniz of California and Jennifer Bailey of California. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Home of Antioch (1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002).
