He is survived by: his aunt Anna; his siblings, Mick Leverick (Jackie) of Kingston Idaho and Lynne (late Gary) of Lake Geneva, WI; and his siblings' children, Zoe Mosley (Ryan) of Elkhorn, WI and Zachary Gray of Lake Geneva, WI.
