He is survived by: his mother Sandra Melesky (Kirkpatrick); his wife Kati Keefe; his daughter Harli; his brother Andrew Melesky (Tiffany); his mother-in-law Cindy Willkomm (Daniel); his nieces and nephews, Kaleigh, Maverick, Jade, Jacob (May), Krista, Kaleb, Bradyn, Paige, Marli, Jordan, Sophia, Charlotte, Stella and Colton; Lori Whited (Mike), Sara Lopiparo, Thomas Keefe, Nora Willkomm, Jason Willkomm (Angelica) and James Chiochios.
In lieu of flowers, any donations made will go towards an education fund for Harli.
