In loving memory of Philip Ray Nelson of Salem, Wisconsin, born in Elgin, Illinois, who departed this world on November 1, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Mildred Nelson Peterson; his sister Barbara Wright; and his wife Sandra Charles. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Nelson (Lori), Daniel Nelson (Kelly) and Jeremy Nelson; his grandchildren, Tyler Nelson, Evan Nelson, Philip Nelson and Elizabeth Nelson; and his sibling's children, Kurt Wright, Todd Wright, Kathy Bryant and Diane Roush.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Bible Chapel (3917 59th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Bible Chapel Missions Fund in Kenosha, WI.
