It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Spencer of Salem, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Baggett and Bobbie Lee Baggett (Holland); and her mother-in-law Susan Kasten. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Spencer; her sons, Chris Spencer (Jennifer) of Kenosha, WI, Nathan Spencer of Salem, WI and Brandon Spencer of Salem, WI; her grandchildren, Elijah, Logan, Gavin and John; her father-in-law Wayne Spencer; and her siblings, Lewis Baggett, Michael Baggett, Tammy Freeman and Carol Hacker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home & Crematory (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
