Sandra Nadine Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Nadine Nelson of Salem, Wisconsin, born in Mountain View, Missouri, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wanda Chloe and Woodrow Charles; and her siblings, Bob Charles and Patsy Reed. She is survived by: her husband Philip Nelson; her sons, Brad Nelson (Lori), Daniel Nelson (Kelly) and Jeremy Nelson; her grandchildren, Tyler Nelson Evan Nelson, Philip Nelson and Elizabeth Nelson; and her nieces, Kathy Bryant and Diane Roush.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Bible Chapel Missions Fund in Kenosha, WI.
