He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" C. Chesak and Beverly Chesak; his parents-in-law, Walter Bade and Phyllis Bade; and his sister-in-law Karen Dezso.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his siblings, Debbie Schladweiler (Randy), John Chesak (Sue), Kathy Wollner (Al), Mark Chesak (Rena), Rose Dargo (Steve), Marty Chesak (Sandy) and Lisa Northrop (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Rusch (Rich), Barb Strand (Kevin) and David Bade (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
