She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Pivovar and Margaret Pivovar (Fairbanks); her former husband Larry Jacobson; her siblings, Bill, Joseph, Carol and Ruth; and her nephew Kirk.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her daughters, Jennifer Jacobson and Kristine Salsbury (Trey); her stepsons, Jason Myren (Jennifer) and Kevin Myren (Alainka); her grandchildren, Gavin, Brayden, Lauren, Avery Salsbury, Elise Myren, Floyd and Malcolm Myren; and her siblings, Margaret Gertz, Jerry La Cosse, Jane Reynolds, Terri Schlitz and Tom Pivovar (Jayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. John's Lutheran Church – Saxeville, autism society of Wisconsin or plant a tree in her remembrance.
