Gary J. Marx Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary J. Marx of Scandinavia, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary J. Marx to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marx and Gertrude Marx (Theusch); his brother Jocko; his in-laws, Wilfred and Duff Van Abel; and his brother-in-law Jerry Van Abel.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Marx (Van Abel); his children, Jack Marx (Nikki), Joe Marx (Ashley), Anne Marx and Mary Marx; his grandchildren, Rosie, Leo Marx, Mason and Ava Marx; his brothers, Jerry Marx (Patty) and Robert Marx; and his siblings-in-law, June Marx, Tim Van Abel (Nancy), Mike Van Abel (Diane), John Van Abel (JoAnn) and Patrick Van Abel (Kristie).
