He is survived by: his wife Nancy Plutschack; his children, Betty Rasmussen (Douglas), Bonnie Surkin (Barry) and Michael Pries (Maryrose); his grandchildren, Claire Chamberlain, Michael Surkin (Chelsea), Jason Surkin (Kenzi), Cooper Pries and Johnny Pries; and his great grandchild Margot Surkin.
