She is survived by: her children, Dean Lanthrip (Denise Kistner), Dawn Winchester (Scott) and Darcy Lanthrip (Todd Dotter); her brother Wayne Patterson (Judy); and her grandchildren, Scott Moore, Stephen Moore, Megan Lanthrip, Josh Lanthrip, Austin Lanthrip, Shauna Schrank, Tyler Kalkofen and Jordan Kalkofen. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
