She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Graveen and Hazel Graveen (Heller); her husband Jim Belott; and her sisters, Lois Hurlbut (Ira), Betty Bailey (Clayton), Connie Grabowsky (Jack) and Sharon Smith (James).
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Gilbertson (Steve), Jody Rucinski (Pete) of Grand Junction, CO and Jeff Belott (Beth); and her sister-in-law Joan Adkins. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ascend Funeral Home & Cremation Care (2809 Jelinek Ave, Weston, WI 54476). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marilyn's honor can be directed to the family or made to the Humane Society of Marathon County (https://catsndogs.org) or the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group.
