She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Prochnow and Alvina Prochnow (Mathwich); her husband Lyle Saeger; her daughter Susan Szucs; her siblings, Arlene, Valeria, Adrian and Constance; and her granddaughter Ruth Anna Emmanuel Rohrbach.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Rohrbach (Roger) of Payson, Arizona and Stephen Saeger (Andrea) of Wausau; and her grandchildren, Kathleen Hill (Robert), Shaya Straw (Jimi), Mauri Brueggeman (Andrew), Rayne Rohrbach (Juli), Stephanie Zingler (Kenneth), Amy Novak, Tony Hernandez, Betsy Hernandez and Melody Hernandez. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church (6205 Alderson St, Weston, WI 54476). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed in Ruth's name to Northland Lutheran High School in Kronenwetter, WI.
