It is with sadness that the passing of Sharon Sue Gleason of Schofield, Wisconsin is shared. Sharon, born on January 4, 1945, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George French and Eleanor De French (Hall); her siblings, Marilyn and George; and her former husband Patrick Gleason.
She is survived by: her husband Allan Thompson; her children, Laura Goetsch (Randy) of Tripoli, Andrew Thompson (Kimberly) of Eau Claire, Mark Thompson (Tammy) of Sheboygan, Peter Thompson (Angela) of Muskegon, Ryan Gleason (Sara) of Appleton and Krista Gleason (Candice) of Appleton, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Lexie, Chelsee, Mitchell, Kennedy, Reese, Emerson, Cameron, Caleb, Colin, Gavin, Gracelin, Apollo, Kingston, Aarilyn, Maya and Rose; and her great grandchildren, Briella, Ayedin, Amaya and Kashtyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church (6205 Alderson St, Weston, WI 54476).
