He is survived by: his parents, David Smith and Heidi Smith (Sumnicht); his brother Noah; his grandparents, Donna and Stan Sumnicht; and his aunts and uncles, Sheila Melchior (Tom), Barb Joki, Jackie Wall (Randy), Chris Smith, Gary Smith (Tara) and Shannon Smith (Tonya). He is also survived by cousins, other special relatives, and many friends.
