He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ron Smith and June Weber; and his uncle Paul Joki. He is survived by: his parents, David Smith and Heidi Smith (Sumnicht); his brother Noah; his grandparents, Donna and Stan Sumnicht; and his aunts and uncles, Sheila Melchior (Tom), Barb Joki, Jackie Wall (Randy), Chris Smith, Gary Smith (Tara) and Shannon Smith (Tonya). He is also survived by cousins, other special relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home (358 S Main St, Seymour, WI 54165). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in memory of Adam are appreciated.
