He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Haase Sr. and Mayme Haase (VanGroll); his wife Nancy Haase (Rohm); his son David; and his siblings, Joseph (Jane), Howard (Velma), Clarence (Rita), Francis, Marie, Ted (Arvilla), Don "Pete" and Rosemary Frost.

He is survived by : his children, Dawn Leisgang (Bill), Debbie Haase, Deanne Haase (Patrick Schomaker) and Dean Haase; his grandchildren, Nici Luchterhand (Jeremy), Sam Leisgang (Angela), David Leisgang and Jacob Gerondale; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Jade, Mason Luchterhand and Lacey Leisgang; his siblings-in-law, Fran Haase, Donna Haase and Jerry Rohm (Carolyn); and his friend Nancy Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Fred's honor can be contributed to Community 2000 or the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King.
