She was predeceased by: her brother Jerry Patz; and her brother-in-law Ronald. She is survived by: her children, Wylie Leisgang (Ron), Wendy Eick (Jeff Roberts) and Jeff Eick (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Eric Leisgang (Stacey), Justin Leisgang (Tiffany), Quinn Leisgang, Darcie Wichman (Brian), Jedidiah Doepker, Erin Heiden (Kyle), Emily Steward (Brad), Makayla La Marche (Ben) and Brady Eick; her great grandchildren, Colin, Lucas, Kendal, Camryn, Avery, Adelynn, Jace Leisgang, Salem Boyd, Ashlyn, Mayson, Amelia Wichman, Vayda, Hoyt Doepker, Trace, Sloane Heiden, Bennett, Elliet, Paisley Steward, Rose, Colt and Lainey La Marche; her sisters, Janice Eick (Bob) and Susan Patz; and her sister-in-law Sally Kools-Gavlak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (349 N Main St, Seymour, WI 54165). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
