He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Johnson and Gladys Johnson (German); his siblings, Arden Johnson, Dwayne Johnson, LaDonna Johnson Gano, LaVonne Johnson Erickson and Glenda Kay Johnson; his great grandchild Kylie Grace Shorey; his son-in-law Camon Simon; and his in-laws, Rev. Elmer, Helen Hill, Kenneth Hill, Jerry Anderson, Dr. Del Tarr, Dorothy Tarr, Paul Freiert, Arlie Erickson, Deb Johnson and Delwin Volesch.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Berdine; his wife Kathleen Johnson (Hill); his children, Darla Simon, Renee Collette (Paul), Kevin Johnson, Karin Shorey Kudransky (Scott) and Sharon King (Dennis); his grandchildren, Derrick Johnson, Chris Simon (Katie), Kacee Shorey, Nicole Simon (Eric Waldron), Jazmine King (Jacob Parker), Kyle Collette, Rachel Danz (Tanner), Kaleb Shorey, Kayla Collette, Kamron Shorey (Laura Leon) and Ashlyn Kudransky (Greg Merrill); his siblings, Joan McGraw (Dan), Bonnie Volesch, Linda Halling, Judy Moen (Myron) and Donnie Johnson; his in-laws, Berdine Johnson, Shirley Johnson, Jerry Gano, Beverly Anderson, Gwendolyn Freiert and Jeanette Hill; and his granddaughters, Lexus and Tia King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Seymour Assembly of God Church (989 Lincoln St, Seymour, WI 54165). A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parish Prayer Service. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seymour Assembly of God Church (989 Lincoln St, Seymour, WI 54165).
