He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Duffey and Virginia Duffey (Vandenberg); his brothers, Patrick Duffey and Daniel G. Duffey; his sister-in-law Joan Duffey (Patrick); his parents-in-law, Tony and Madeline Vanden Heuvel; Reuben and Verona Ott.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Vanden Heuvel (Phyllis); his children, Daniel K. (Linda), Diane Loughlin of Worcester, MA, Tom (Cheri), Dave, De Pere, John (Jenny) and Lisa Molland (Tom); his grandchildren, Mike, Ruby (Paul), Marina, Emma (Sam), Liam (Sarah), Tom (Amy), Collin (Abby), Jeremy (Hannah), Miranda and Mason; his great grandchildren, Malachi, Noah, Oriana, Ava, Sylvia, Vivian, Weston, Alena and Wyatt; his niece Jean Duffey; his nephew Mike Duffey; and his cousins, Jon Dyer (Sharon), Mike Hallada (Nancy) and Barbara Diskowski (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Tom's name.
