He was predeceased by: his parent Ramona Morales Escobedo; his sister Celia; and his brother-in-law Delfino Moreno of Lake Geneva, WI.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Morales of Sharon, WI; his children, Joseph Morales of Sharon, WI and Blanca Johnston (Marc) of Harrisburg, SD; and his grandchildren, Jayden and Kaiya Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jose's name may be directed to the Diabetes Association or the Cancer Foundation.
