She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burkart and Ione Burkart (Grade); her daughter Connie Bardon; her son-in-law Kerry Bardon; and her brothers-in-law, Norm Sorenson and Norbert Bischof.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Ladwig (Kristine), James Ladwig and David Ladwig (Sally) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Eric, Trevor, Lukas Ladwig, Jonathan, Andrew Ladwig, Melanie Recore (Austin) and Cara Bardon; her great grandchild Dawson Recore; and her sisters, Priscilla Camilli (Charles) and Christine Sorenson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wittkopp Funeral & Cremation Services (123 South St, Plymouth, WI 53073). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
