She was predeceased by : her husband Gilbert; her children, Dean Joas and Jane Stange; and her sisters, Arlene Schleh and Marg Jhancke.

She is survived by : her brother Ervin Madson; and her close friends, Brenda Blum, Alan Schulz and Joy Laumann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
