With sadness, we share the passing of Barbara Joan Bahr in Shawano, Wisconsin. Barbara, born on October 7, 1936, passed away on October 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl George and Meta Kathryn Carson (Madsen); her husband Marvin Bahr; her son Alfred Bahr; her daughters-in-law, Vicki Bahr and Cheryl Bahr; and her siblings, Polly, Edith, Margie, Oscar, Esther, Alice, Kathryn and Wayne.
She is survived by: her sons, Arvin Bahr and Arthur Bahr (Kris); her grandchildren, Daniel, Joshua, Jaime, Kari and Cass; her great grandchildren, Carson, Misha, Keianna, Cella and Finley; and her sister Beverly Gerritsen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jakobi Lutheran Church (N 6386 E Hazel Dr, Shawano, WI 54166). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
