He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Eichstaedt and Anita Eichstaedt (Wolf); and his wife Sandra Stokes. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Eichstaedt (Noreen) of Stockbridge, Thomas Eichstaedt (Christy) of Lake Tomahawk and Katherine Veine (Douglas) of Benton Harbor, Michigan; his grandchildren, Taylor, Megan, Noah Eichstaedt, Haley Tornabe, Brady and Evan Veine; his great grandchild Henry Eichstaedt; and his siblings, Marvin Eichstaedt and Sally Schoeneman. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials in Elmer's name.
